dmesg for first failed boot after updates

I am guessing at the source of the problem as I allowed several packages to
update from the applet, rebooted, and the process stops with black screen,
unresponsive keyboard, must use reset. I tried adding nokmsboot to the kernel
commandline but no difference that I can see.

In a chroot, I can collect some information:

[root at localhost /]# cat /etc/rosa-release
ROSA Desktop Fresh R1 release 2012.1 for x86_64

[root at localhost /]# rpm -qa --last|head

There was an rpm.new file that came with one of these packages, something about
sleep or suspend, that looked pretty innocuous, so I installed that. The
kernel-nrjQL-desktop-3.11.9-69rosa-1-1-rosa2012.1.x86_64 has been running fine
since Saturday. I'll attach /var/log/dmesg.old, without nokmsboot.
